Founded as Viva Print Solutions Ltd, we started trading in
early 2007 on E-Bay selling a very small range of personalised photo gifts.
We began with nothing more than a Personalised Photo Key Ring, Personalised
Photo Watch Face and Personalised Photo Golf Ball Marker.
Our reputation quickly grew. As more people bought
from us, we could invest more in to increasing our product range, and increasing
our retail arm. We launched our website
www.snappygifts.co.uk in a very
simple form in September 2007. Again, with a much lower product range than
this. This new retail outlet meant that our turnover exploded, almost too
quick to keep up with. The website was simple, yet functional. It's
flaws were that a customer could not see their item before they purchase and,
delivery times were taking around 15 working days.
We launched our latest version of our website, that you
see today, in February 2009. This holds our greatest selection of products
yet. We believe we offer the widest selection of photo gifts in the UK,
and we are yet to be proved wrong! Our interactive website means that a
customer can now completely design their item his or her self, and see the
design before they decide to purchase. This therefore makes delivery times
much quicker. We are no longer reliant on our sales and design team to
design the item for you, this cuts down the lead times by 24 to 48 hours.
The other decision taken with the launch of the new website was to post direct
from our various production facilities (we make different items in different
areas). Cutting out our distribution centre shaved another couple of days
off our delivery times.
We now think we are as strong as we have ever been and now
more ready to delight and excite our growing customer base. We look
