Estimated Delivery Times

Please find below a table of our estimated delivery times for our product range.

Christmas Orders: We have set a date of 23:59 2nd of December 2011 to 'guarantee' delivery for Christmas Orders. Whilst we can not guarantee that the Royal Mail will not lose or delay any items, we guarantee to get any November order dispatched in time for Christmas, and we back this up with a money back guarantee should the item not arrive by 24/12/2011. In this instance, you have until 28/01/2012 to return your purchased item for a full refund of your items and postage costs. Items ordered between the 3rd and the 6th of December are highly likely to arrive, however we do not offer any form of guarantee and any purchase/order should be made at your own discretion and own risk.

The estimated delivery times you see above are only estimates.  These are based on all year round average delivery times of our items.  In all cases we try and shorten these delivery times as much as possible, however at the busier times of year this isn't always possible.    Various items are shipped from various facilities, all of which fall in to the estimates above.   Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any delay once in the hands of our shipping agents (Royal Mail / USPS - Depending on your item).  However, if your item has not reached you by 7 working days AFTER the estimates published above, we guarantee to produce a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note that if our standard postage service is selected then we do not pay for any form of tracking on our items.  Therefore once your product has left our production facility we are not able to give an accurate date of arrival, only an estimate based on our postage records.
